Discover the technological mysteries of NASA's Curiosity Mars rover during one of our free Meet the Robots demonstrations at Powerhouse Castle Hill.

The original 2011 Curiosity rover was designed to search areas of Mars for past or present conditions favourable for life. It's still roving the Red Planet but you can see our quarter-size replica in action and learn how these remote-controlled rovers work.

Our hosts will demonstrate some of the innovative technology onboard Curiosity including its rocker-bogie suspension and geology lab, as well as answer your questions about Mars missions.
