There are more than half a million objects in the Powerhouse Collection and each has a story. In this program, kids aged 7–9 are invited to explore and discover special objects at Powerhouse Castle Hill. Learners will search the galleries for objects that spark their imagination while recording and designing their own collection in a small book they’ll be able to take home.

Participants are also invited to bring a special object from home to be displayed in a pop-up exhibition for parents and carers at the end of the day. Along the way they will learn how museums care for and document objects and discover hidden treasures.
