The premiere screening in the Vitocco Family Kitchen will be followed by a panel discussion with writer and researcher Sheila Ngọc Phạm, the filmmakers Tung Nguyen and Dennis Nguyen, curator and artist Gillian Kayrooz, and participant Ben Nguyen.
