Full Time
Play a key role in supporting museum collection projects, exhibitions, and digitisation activities. You'll help monitor object movements, maintain accurate inventory records, and ensure the safety and care of collection items in storage and on display. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to the museum’s strategic goals, work with a dedicated team, and engage with a range of external stakeholders.

Visitor Experience Volunteer
Volunteers play a significant role in enhancing the visitor experience at Powerhouse Ultimo, Sydney Observatory and Powerhouse Castle Hill. They actively promote visitor engagement by initiating conversations, narrating stories in the exhibitions, collaborating in guided tours and facilitating interactive activities.
Museum Research Volunteers
Volunteers support staff in researching recently acquired objects in our collection. This role involves working with museum staff and volunteers on-site or virtually across a range of activities related to recently acquired objects.
