Sunday Kitchen’s Karima Hazim and Sivine Tabbouch host a cooking demonstration in the Vitocco Family Kitchen with special guests Sami and Ali Hamka of Sami & Sons Butchery. Watch as they prepare kibbeh nayeh, exploring the relationship between butchers, producers and Lebanese culinary traditions along the way.
This live demonstration explores the intergenerational knowledge, migration histories and community networks that sustain Lebanese food traditions in Western Sydney.
Recommended for ages 12+. Under 16s must be accompanied by a participating adult.
