Sunday Kitchen’s Karima Hazim and Sivine Tabbouch host a cooking demonstration in the Vitocco Family Kitchen with special guests Dominic Moawad of Canterbury Lebanese Bread and David Isaac of Harkola Food. Watch as they prepare traditional Lebanese breakfast dishes including foul medammas and chickpea fatteh, sharing the ingredients, techniques and traditions behind each dish.
This live demonstration explores the intergenerational knowledge, migration histories and community networks that sustain Lebanese food traditions in Western Sydney.
Recommended for ages 12+. Under 16s must be accompanied by a participating adult.
