Three Rivers Ensemble

A live performance at sunset by Three Rivers Ensemble, a 7-piece ensemble which draws on traditions of Islamic devotional music shaped by migration, community and shared histories.

Three Rivers Ensemble is led by Tarik Hussein, who features in the Moments In Waiting film series. Moments in Waiting is a major new community project and film commission led by Lebanese-Australian artist Khaled Sabsabi exploring the untold stories behind extraordinary objects held by Muslim families in Greater Sydney.
