Nik Sharma brings his distinctive approach to flavour, storytelling and contemporary home cooking to a shared-style dinner at Powerhouse Parramatta. Born in Mumbai and now based in Los Angeles, Sharma is celebrated for connecting science, culture and memory through food from his award-winning writing and cookbooks to his work across food media and Netflix programs.

This special evening begins with a live conversation with Sharma facilitated by food and culture writer Neha Kale, offering audiences insight into his personal story, creative practice and the ideas that shape his work. Dinner follows, with a menu curated and overseen by Sharma. Drawing on his deep interest in flavour science, migration and identity, Sharma invites audiences to think differently about how food is made, shared and understood.

Recommended ages 12+. Under 16s must be accompanied by a participating adult.
