Ŋa Hinarere (The Children)

A documentary about the legacy of the Norwegian archaeological expedition by Thor Heyerdahl in 1955–56. The story is told through the voices of those who inherited it – the children of the foreign archaeologists and the local leaders – and raises the question of who has the power to lift a people’s past.
