About Vinata’s Hot Bread
Vinata’s Hot Bread was established in 1989 by Thi Bach Yen Vu, a skilled baker and chef, alongside her family, who were among the first Vietnamese families to settle in Cabramatta. Known for crafting everything from scratch, including their hot bread rolls, Vu and her daughters have earned a reputation for serving some of Sydney’s best banh mi.
