Leading figures featured in the Australian Culinary Archive – including Maggie Beer AO, Neil Perry AM, Stephanie Alexander AO, Palisa Anderson, Durkhanai Ayubi, Sharon Winsor and Aunty Beryl Van-Oploo OAM – will gather for a day of keynote talks, panel discussions and cooking demonstrations with tastings in celebration of our nation’s food culture.

The Australian Culinary Archive brings together the voices shaping Australia’s food culture. Housed at Powerhouse, the Archive is a collection of objects and documents that preserves the legacy of chefs and producers who have defined the national and international profile of Australian cuisine.
