Giovanni Pilu leads a live cooking demonstration moderated by Joanna Savill, bringing his celebrated Sardinian heritage to the Vitocco Family Kitchen. One of Australia’s most influential Italian chefs and co-owner of Pilu at Freshwater and Flaminia, Pilu will present a signature dish that reflects both his roots and decades of experience in Sydney’s dining scene. This demonstration offers a window into authentic Italian culinary practice, grounded in tradition and refined through a lifetime of cooking, with a tasting prepared for guests.
