Building Parramatta

Powerhouse Parramatta is being realised through the generosity, support and collaboration of the NSW Government, foundations, agencies, businesses and individuals for the benefit of our communities.

Powerhouse Parramatta Campaign

Redefining museums, Powerhouse Parramatta is one of the world's most significant new museum projects, and the largest cultural infrastructure project in NSW since the Sydney Opera House. The project is being realised with $75 million support from our visionary and ambitious philanthropic and corporate partners. It will be the first state cultural institution in NSW to be established in Western Sydney, one of the fastest growing and most diverse communities in Australia. Opening in 2025, Powerhouse Parramatta will deliver dynamic exclusive international exhibitions, learning and community programs attracting more than two million visitors in its first year.
