Join us for an afternoon of 4 panel discussions featuring leading voices shaping Australia’s food culture – such as Mindy Woods, Neil Perry AM, Durkhanai Ayubi, Kylie Kwong AM and Ajoy Joshi – moderated by Libby Travers.
Part of a series of Food Culture events with leading figures featured in Powerhouse’s Australian Culinary Archive. Housed at Powerhouse, the Australian Culinary Archive preserves the legacy of chefs and producers who have defined the national and international profile of Australian cuisine.
Recommended for ages 12+. Under 16s must be accompanied by a participating adult.
