With more than half a million objects amassed since 1880, the Powerhouse Collection is one of the largest and most diverse museum collections in Australia.

Each month, our wonderful community of volunteers share their enthusiasm and expertise on a specific aspect of the museum’s collecting practices. All events in the Collection Conversations series will include a presentation incorporating objects from the Powerhouse Collection and a tour of one of our open display storage areas.
