Experimentations and experimenting are often triggered by questions about our everyday experience: how does a battery work? What is lightning?

Experimentations shows how scientific and technological breakthroughs answered questions like these and changed many of our ideas about everyday phenomena.

In this exhibition YOU become the scientist, engineer, thinker, artist and inventor.

Discover marvellous machines, be creative in the Tinkering Zone, get zapped in the electric chair, and play with sound and light waves.
