This family-friendly short workshop is designed to encourage conversations between young learners and adults that establish a framework for learning to continue at home. Intergenerational groups will be guided through Minecraft activities and games.

This workshop series uses Minecraft Education Edition, a game-based learning platform that promotes creativity, collaboration and problem-solving in an immersive digital environment. Participants will be provided with computers for the workshop to develop their computer literacy with keyboard and mouse skills. The Minecraft world offered to the class is safe, private and accessible only at Powerhouse.
