Recommended for ages 11–14.

All Powerhouse Minecraft worlds are safe, private and accessible only to ticketed participants during the workshop.

Participants are asked to bring their own lunch and a hat as lunchtime activities may take place outdoors.

Learn, create and play in this full-day coding workshop. In a Minecraft world specially constructed by Powerhouse, young participants will experiment with different combinations of Python code to modify and control their immersive environment.

The workshop uses Minecraft Education, a game-based learning platform that promotes creativity, collaboration and problem-solving in an online realm. The editing tool Microsoft MakeCode for Minecraft is also used for coding in popular programming language Python.
