Meet Camden Valley Farm’s prize-winning jersey cows with farmers Luke and Jess Micallef. Learn about the process of cheesemaking as Goldstreet Dairy’s Colin Wood leads us through a live demonstration. Hear directly from the farmers and the cheesemaker as they share stories of adaptation, entrepreneurialism and resilience. Come prepared with sun protection and comfortable shoes.

Camden Valley Farm is a family-owned regenerative farm and micro-dairy located on the edge of Camden in Sydney’s South West. Since 2022, Camden Valley Farm has been supplying raw milk directly to Goldstreet Dairy for its signature jersey cheese.
