Across Western Sydney

Get up close and behind the scenes with Western Sydney’s most innovative, contemporary food producers. Experience the work of beekeepers, organic herb and vegetable growers, sustainable fisheries, orchardists, truffle farmers, dairy farmers, cheesemakers, artisan producers and high-tech alternative protein manufacturers. Each will highlight their processes and traditions while sharing stories of sustainability and entrepreneurship.

Delivered monthly, over the course of a year, the Producers will provide accounts of what it means to be a local food producer in a transitioning environment. While hyperlocal in scale, the Producers will connect us with wider global shifts in urban and peri-urban food production.
