Two people kneel on the ground in a wooded area, closely observing as two dogs sniff the earth. The scene is set in a grove with rows of trees, and sunlight filters through the branches, creating a warm, dappled light. The individuals and dogs appear focused, likely searching for something in the soil, with the calm, natural surroundings enhancing the sense of quiet concentration.
A woman stands on stage in front of a large audience. She has her left hand raised in the air and a microphone in her right hand. The audience are holding their phones up recording the woman.

About Hartley Truffles

Richard and Jane Austen founded Hartley Truffles at their family farm in the Blue Mountains in 2007. Their two varieties of oak now produce Tuber melanosporum, known as black perigord or black winter truffle. With the help of their two border collies, they harvest fresh truffle during June, July and August for the domestic and export markets. Hartley Truffles also produce truffled honey and salt flakes.
